1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Return Process
Step 1: Email us at support@flyaracia.store with the subject line "Return Request - [Order Number]".
Step 2: Attach photos of the item and describe the reason for the return.
Step 3: We will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
Step 4: Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@flyaracia.store. We will cover all return/exchange costs in such cases.
