- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination country

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
